Fundraising

We can discuss an overview of the program and begin to tailor the Christmas tree, wreath and garland fundraiser to your specific organization.

Your organization’s volunteers start pre-selling Christmas trees, holiday wreaths and garland.

• Pre-selling trees, wreaths, garland usually has a time limit of 2-4 weeks. (We recommend starting around September/October).

• Be sure to track each tree, wreath and garland sold and it’s size. You will also need contact info for each individual customer.

Ordering Deadline is October 31st, 2022

• Fill out online form and/or email in the order form to s.popecmf@gmail.com.

• A 25% deposit is required when placing an order.  Balance must be paid in full prior to/upon delivery.

• Wreaths and garlands ship at UPS rates.  Quotes will be provided when order is received.

Cullowhee Mountain Farms offers tree and wreath delivery to your school or organization depending on order size.

• Delivery fees may vary.

• Determined for each customer depending on order size.

• Wreaths delivered via UPS, if large enough dedicated truck.
